    • Advance HR process and procedure in talent development, employer branding and recruitment, compensation and benefit, performance management, and HR operational transformation.
    • Review and revamp the regional HR and C&B policies according to market and business needs.
    • Involve in HR transformation and digitalization projects in the business.
    • Liaise with internal & external parties for continuous HR digital transformation process.
    • Adopt an analytical, process improvement mindset and use data and technologies to manage,measure and improve the impact.
    • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

    • Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Financeand Accounting, Information Systems, or other relevant disciplines.
    • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (with regional exposure or experience in Chineseenterprise is highly preferred).
    • Project management experience is preferred
    • In-depth experience in at least HR transformation, talent management, salary benchmarking, andchange management.
    • Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
    • Organize, good analytical skills, independence, and a can-do attitude.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, flexibility, andadaptability.
    • Immediate availability is highly preferable.
    • Potential talent with less experience would be considered as Assistant HR Manager.
