About the Job
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key operational role in supporting the HR team and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment offers, induction schedules, and exit logistics.
- Handle visa applications, renewals, and compliance requirements, while maintaining accurate tracking records.
- Coordinate payroll updates and liaise with the Payroll team to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide support for CPD training administration, including scheduling, accreditation, and record-keeping.
- Maintain and update HR systems to ensure data accuracy and generate reports as needed.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, Diversity & Inclusion projects, and assist with HR cyclical events and improvement projects.
About the Requirement
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of HR operations experience, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with HR systems or databases.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
