job description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day details of project launch, system configuration/implementation, and change management
  • Manage the relationship with the implementation partner and coordinate with internal departments in all regions (Human Resources and IT Department)
  • Maintain project budget, milestone identification, and ensure deliverable are met according to agreed time line and standard
  • Collaborate with Human Resources colleagues to recommend and implement process improvements, enhancements, solutions and procedural changes
  • Supervise the data migration process from existing system to SAP Success Factors
  • Provide training to all HR and non-HR users in all regions
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Systems, with relevant background in HRIS project management and SAP Success Factor
  • Experience in managing in-house HRIS system implementation; process and systems mapping and diagnosis; identifying, implementing and configuring automated tools and processes
  • Good command in English and Mandarin
