• Implement and manage HR systems to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and HR requirements
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to optimize people systems for efficient operations.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for digitalization, automation, and process enhancement within the HR department to boost operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system needs and design solutions for enhanced operational effectiveness.
• Develop and implement simple solutions like VBA or macros to streamline manual processes through programming.
• Offer training, support, and guidance to end-users on system functionality, processes, and best practices for maximum system utilization.
• Work with the Technology team and vendors to troubleshoot system issues, ensure smooth operation, and drive system enhancements.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of people systems and operational processes to improve efficiency and performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing and implementing ERP systems, HRIS/ HRMS or similar systems.
• Experience in HRIS system eg Workday, BIPO etc
• Proven experience in process improvement and driving operational excellence in HR functions.
• Strong project management skills, including leading system projects, upgrades, and implementations
• Consulting experience preferred.
• Ability to pinpoint the improvement area and propose innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing solutions and automating processes using programming skills like SQL, VBA, macros, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Proficient in project management, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Proficiency in tools like Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
