A world leading international company is looking for a HR System Manager to join their young and dynamic team.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders ensuring excellent and compelling presentations addressing prospects critical business issues, requirements and objectives
- Drive the HR system enhancement and upgrade projects
- Providing valuable input from the field to ensure our existing HRIS platform in Hong Kong
- Analyse customer requirements and prepare System platform demonstration environment, system configuration;
- Ensures that projects meet or exceed expectations by guiding all project activities to include, but not limited to, setting up SOP, UAT and quality control
skills & experiences required.
- University graduate, majoring in information technology, business administration, human resources management, operation management or related discipline
- 5 - 8 years of HR experience in HRIS experience gained either in HRIS vendors/consulting companies or in-house HR/IT functions
- Solid experience in transformation and implementation of HRIS is essential
- HR management or related experience is preferable
- Experience in daily operations of C&B, including payroll administration, is an added value but not a must
- Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
