- Managing payroll processing and the handling of payroll-related enquiries.
- Administering benefits, such as health insurance, leave and retirement plans.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal employment laws.
- Preparing and delivering reports on payroll activities.
- Other processes including Taxation, MPF, EC, ER activities, etc. on ad hoc basis.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources or a related field.
- 2 -5 years of experience in a payroll and compensation-related position is highly preferred
- Knowledge of payroll best practices of Hong Kong will be advantageous.
- Proficiency with HRIS and MS Excel.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
