Job Description

  • Work with hiring managers on the business needs and company objectives
  • Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans
  • Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Maintain and update HR record and candidate pool
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding process
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices
  • Assist in any ad-hoc task as assigned


  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management
  • 3+ years' experience in HR
  • Mass recruitment experience is preferred
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision making skills
