    Our client is a well-known MNC in construction engineering and related business solutions. They are famous for their human centred culture and they are looking for a experienced TA to join their HR team.

    You will be working with a small HR team under the HRBP, in a company that is young and proactive.


    about the job.

    • Help with the daily recruitment on every level and support BP to develop a sustainable hiring process and pipeline
    • Utilising the Workday system and other recruitment platforms to maintain and develop talent pool
    • As a supporting BP, stay in contact with leaders of different BU to identify HR needs, Hiring needs and co-op to create solutions
    • Be involved in HR related projects locally and regionally
    • As a brand advocate communicate with external parties like Recruiting agencies, client HRs, other service providers
    • Support other HR functions when needed.




    skills & experiences required.
    • 2+ Years Solid experience in Recruitment from Recognisable companies are required
    • Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related discipline
    • Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems is advantageous
    • An excellent communicator with a "Can-do" attitude is essential to this job; Likes to "Get his/her feet wet" so to speak
    • Spoken and Written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
