    Our client is a well-knowned International School located in Southern district. They are looking for a Junior TA Specialist to strengthen their team.

    about the team.Young and energetic, their HR team well structured and specialised, in this team of ~ 10 specialists they take on different functions professionally.

    about the job.
    • from CV screenings to Interviews and from Contract drafting to On-boarding, You will be responsible for 0-100 recruitment procedures, for both faculty hires and office recruitment
    • Handle Pre-hire processes such as Visa applications, Contract, Create proper Personnel file, etc.
    • Assist in handling Employee development programme reimbursements
    skills & experiences required.
    • 2+ Years of in-house or agency Recruitment experience
    • Bachelor's Degree or above in HR, Business admin or related disciplines
    • Experience with Workday or other similar HRIS systems are an advantage
    • Out-going and proativeness is essential to fit the team culture
    • Spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must
    • Proficiency with MS Office and its Google Suite counterpart
