Our client, a well known construction company throughout SE Asia, is looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Officer to provide support to the operations in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, China and other APAC offices.

  • Assist in annual salary review and bonus exercises
  • Participate in C&B policies and practices review
  • Prepare management reports and provide statistics to relevant parties
  • Participate in market surveys and analyse survey results
  • Assist in HRIS and reports enhancement to meet the legal and business requirements, and to streamline work-flow and procedures
  • Process monthly payroll actions for designated departments
skills & experiences required.
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years' solid relevant experience in compensation and benefits
  • Strong computer literacy in MS Office and in HR information system
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Taxation law and other related ordinances. Knowledge of labour and tax laws of APAC will be an added advantage
  • Mature and able to work in dynamic and fast-moving environment
