    Our client is one of the largest leading global investment management firms in the world and they are currently looking for an individual to operate throughout the APAC region and work closely with other global offices.

    about the job.

    • Full- spectrum of HR duties including C&B, Recruitment, Employee movement, on, off-boarding processes including new employee enrolment/orientation, employee background checks, exit management, etc.
    • Assist Finance team with monthly payroll
    • Handle end-to-end recruitment such as sourcing, screening and interviewing talents
    • Act as Contact person & Coordinator to liaise with stakeholders for internal and external HR matters such as visa applications, sponsorship and termination
    • Maintain and update local database and HRIS
    • Assist in handling and respond to employee queries for learning and training events as the contact point

    skills & experiences required.

    • Diploma or Bachelor degree with at least 3 years experience in HR, preferably acquired from Banking and Finance industry
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese is a must
    • Knowledge of MS office and Outlook
    • Ability to work with different business lines at regional and country level
    • Good interpersonal skills and available to maintain confidentiality
