- Account servicing for internal employees and providing HR advice and solutions
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, payroll processing, budgeting and manpower planning, benefit administration, staff engagement activities and handle staff related issues
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy; such as performance appraisal system, salary review and annual exercises, streamline HR policies, talent management and development
- Handle monthly payroll for internal staff
- Support in any ad hoc projects as required
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of HR generalist background working in SME companies, experience in retail, distributor and consumer products will be a plus
- Start up experience preferred
- Good knowledge of end to end to recruitment experience and experience in developing basic L&D programme
- Well versed in Hong Kong ordinance and other related legislation
- Passionate, self motivated, attentive and a great team player
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
