- Acting as a HRBP for internal employees from junior to senior level and providing HR advice and recommendations for senior management
- Handle end to end recruitment and selection process, payroll processing, budgeting and manpower planning, benefit administration, staff engagement activities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy; such as performance appraisal system, salary review and annual exercises, streamline HR policies, talent management and development
- Work closely with China HR team and APAC offices for internal communication related to staff
- Support in any ad hoc projects as required
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 7 years of HR generalist background with a strategic mindset and experience in HR projects such as policy alignment, job grading and job title alignment and others
- Ecommerce or SME experience preferred
- Well versed in HK & China Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
- High flexibility, fast paced, independent and people oriented personality
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
