    My client is a European fashion brand with offices globally. The Hong Kong office is currently looking for a HR Manager to join their team covering around 60 headcount including both corporate function and retail operations in HK & Macau.

    Report to the Vice President of Human Resources in the China office, leading 1 subordinate.


    about the job.

    • Responsible for recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations and staff engagement
    • Handle end to end recruitment process, on/off boarding, performance review
    • Manage payroll processing, commission scheme review for retail staff, budgeting, annual salary review, salary benchmarking, benefit review
    • Drive HR strategies for manpower planning, training programs and policy alignments with other offices
    • Formulate, implement and review HR policies and procedures in accordance to corporate objectives and compliance standard
    • Communicate closely with China’s HR team for corporate initiatives
    • Support in any ad hoc projects as required

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
    • Minimum 8+ years of HR generalist experience with 2 years of management experience, preferably experience in the retail industry
    • Independent, proactive and positive attitude
    • Proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
