Report to the Vice President of Human Resources in the China office, leading 1 subordinate.

- Responsible for recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations and staff engagement
- Handle end to end recruitment process, on/off boarding, performance review
- Manage payroll processing, commission scheme review for retail staff, budgeting, annual salary review, salary benchmarking, benefit review
- Drive HR strategies for manpower planning, training programs and policy alignments with other offices
- Formulate, implement and review HR policies and procedures in accordance to corporate objectives and compliance standard
- Communicate closely with China’s HR team for corporate initiatives
- Support in any ad hoc projects as required
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 8+ years of HR generalist experience with 2 years of management experience, preferably experience in the retail industry
- Independent, proactive and positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
