An exciting opportunity for those who are looking to join a sizeable FMCG firm in Hong Kong with a great global presence. A well-known MNC in FMCG sector is looking for a HR Manager to join their young and dynamic team.

• Directly report into HR Director
• Supervise a team to handle full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, etc.
• Provide full range of HR services and professional advice to both stakeholders and employees
• Formulate, review and implement HR strategies & policies in a proactive way
• Responsible for rolling out HR initiatives to meet company direction

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in sizeable companies, preferably in FMCG / retail industry
• Possess hands-on experience in all-rounded HR functions
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations/ ordinances
• Self-driven, good team-player with excellent leadership, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
• Well-organised, meticulous, be flexible and dynamic
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available will be highly preferred
