    My client is a local listed company with different business units, over 400 headcount. They are currently looking for a HR Manager to join their team.

    Report to the team head within a sizable HR team.

    about the job.

    • Account servicing for assigned departments from junior to senior level
    • Oversee full spectrum of HR Operations including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation and benefits management, performance management and HR reporting
    • Review and formulate HR policies and procedures to ensure their implementations are in full compliance to both internal guidelines and labour legislations
    • Formulate and implement HR strategy including recruitment, retention, employee relations and talent development programs
    • Provide professional advice to senior management on manpower planning, budgeting and cost analysis
    • Develop, implement and review HR policies and procedures
    • Organise staff engagement activities, create engagement surveys, training development programs
    • Build and maintain efficient HR system as well as paperless HR processes
    • Participate in various annual exercises / ad hoc projects to facilitate the achievement of both short-term and long-term objectives
    • Support in any HR projects as assigned by senior management

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
    • Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience in sizable platforms over 300 headcount, less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager
    • Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong
    • Humble, high flexibility, proactive, fast learner and able to working independently in a fast paced environment
    • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge in HR system
    • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
