about the team.The role is reporting to the HR director and supervise a lean HR team. about the job.
  • As a member of the global Human Resources team, the HR manager will provide tailored generalist HR support and advice to allocated business lines in Hong Kong.
  • The role holder will translate business strategy and workforce planning into HR initiatives, ensuring the firm follows a best practice approach to people management and is compliant with all relevant legislation.
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Rewards and benefit, Policy & procedures.
skills & experiences required.
  • Technically strong HR generalist with a minimum of 8 years' experience working in legal industry (business operating across multiple jurisdictions is a plus)
  • An enthusiastic, motivated, quick learner
  • Ability to work under pressure using own initiative and judgement
  • Flexible approach and willing to adapt and provide assistance where required
  • Attention to detail and passionate about quality
  • Professional attitude with a high degree of integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential matters
