Our client is a renowned financial institution with a very strong regional presence that is currently expanding their business in the country.
about the job.
  • To support all around HR Generalist functions including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, payroll, training and development and staff record maintenance
  • Coordinate training/team building activities
  • Stay abreast of the labour market and or competitors, give advice and valuable inputs on effective recruitment strategies
  • Ensure all activities are in full compliance with the Company policies and regulations
  • Assist in any Ad-hoc projects
skills & experiences required.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5+ years' HR experience, with exposure to banking or finance preferred
  • Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other statutory regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin a must
  • Proficient in using MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
