About the Company:

Our client is a well-known corporation with strong presence over the globe.

They are looking for a seasoned HRAM/ HRM to take up the role as HRM specialising to lead the Talent Acquisition team and look after recruitment and employee development.

Job Description:

  • Supervise the Talent Acquisition team for all the recruitment matters
  • Liaise with line managers for all the hiring plans and needs, develop and execute the recruitment plan
  • Provide advisory services to business units, support with employee development matters including but not limited to Recruitment, performance management, talent development and more
  • Identify suitable training topics for employees and liaise with different vendors for the execution
  • Maintain a good relationship with different external recruitment partners
  • Monitor and participate in annual HR projects
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks if needed

Skills & Experiences required:

  • University degree in HR Management or a related field
  • At least 5 years of HR Managerial experience preferably in large corporation
  • Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Candidate with short notice period will be an advantage
