About the Company:

Our client is a well known Conglomerate across the world.

New opportunity has arisen for individual to take up the position looking after the Group level HR policy & compliance.

Job Description:

  • Lead a team in formulating and reviewing HR policies to ensure in compliance with the regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with business heads in identifying the business requirements
  • Conduct research, prepare proposals, update the policies taking into account of the latest market practice and the Bank’s operational requirements
  • Align human resources practices among business units
  • Provide support for various compliance projects and audit exercises

Skills & Experiences Required:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
  • 8 years of HR related experience required
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
