- Drive HR initiatives and identify gaps to support business objectives and participate in strategies implementation
- Account servicing for assigned business units and build a great relationship with the business stakeholders and team members
- Responsible for the end to end candidate employee experience, from structure review, talent mapping and development, implementation and engagement support
- Review and analyse business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Provide advice for business leaders and hiring managers on developing their teams, manage the performance management process, identify talents that are in consistent with the company values
- Act as the key contact point for business leaders in resolving issues relating to staff, partner with hiring manager in identifying the right approach to engage, retain and motivate team members
- Participate in the annual exercises; salary review, bonus review and budget exercise and provide the accurate information to for HR team, finance department and business leaders in regular basis
- Deliver excellent core HR processes and quality services for the staff and minimize grievances and complaints
- Support in any HR projects as assigned
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 8+ years of HRBP experience in sizable platforms over 300 headcount, experience in covering IT sector preferred
- Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong
- Great stakeholder management skills, flexible, fast paced and well organized personality
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
