- To perform all-round HR functions to the Company such as compensation & benefits, budgeting & control, training & development, talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management;
- To formulate, draft, implement and constantly update the HR policies and regulations in compliance with the Group’s direction and local Labour Ordinance;
- To implement creative, innovative and successful solutions that align with overall business strategy, and that are consistent with or complementary to the business goals;
- To lead and execute in various HR projects on an ad-hoc basis;
- To work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
- To act as a bridge between management and staff in effectively handling employee relations issues.
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
- A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience; regional exposure or experience in state-owned enterprise preferable;
- Solid experience in C&B, orchestrating or re-vamping Staff Motivation Program is definitely an advantage;
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiations skills;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- A team player, meticulous and capable to work in a fast-paced environment.
