About the Company:

A highly reputable HK Listed company, our client is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HRBP Team by driving comprehensive and fully integrated, sustainable human resources programs for the Hong Kong and China Region.

Successful applicant will be working closely with the seasoned HR leader who has been with the company for 6 years. There would be opportunity for you to conduct different project initatives, such as launching new business units, re-frame and review SOP and etc.

Candidates with strong HRBP background who are looking for new challenges would be the most ideal for the role.

About the job:

  • Acted as HR business partner of designated portfolio covering Hong Kong and PRC
  • Provide strategic HR partnership advice to business leaders on recruitment, people management, promotion, internal transfer, and talent development
  • Oversee annual C&B exercise including job evaluation, performance appraisal, salary review, performance bonus allocation, benefits review, salary survey, etc.
  • Partner with line managers and other HR team members to conduct strategic succession planning to identify high potential employees and build talent pipeline.
  • Participate in ad hoc HR project and initiatives
Skills & Experiences Required:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of HR related experience required
  • Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
