About the Company:

Our client is one of the Global market leaders in financial technology and block-chain field. They are looking for HR Manager to oversee the group’s HR functions for 3 subsidiaries in HK. The role is responsible to supervise the local HR Team & conduct the policy enhencement.

They are looking for high calibre individual with less than 10 years of work experience to take up the position.

About the job:

Business Partner, Corporate Policies and Procedures:

  • Partner, consult, and provide proactive solutions to sophisticated senior executives on strategic workforce planning, learning and development, organizational development, and more
  • Act as a business partner to Business Leaders across the regions focusing on the continual alignment of talent and business goals
  • Improve the HR processes by reviewing, elaborating, formulating and enhancing policies and procedures at the corporate and local levels
  • Draft or revise of HR policies, assigning the appropriate disciplinary action when necessary
  • Consistently build quality relationships with stakeholders at all levels and in all facets of the business

Compensations & Benefits:

  • Review and approve payrolls for all subsidiaries including all final payments, severances payments and bonus packages
  • Participates and supports surveys and benchmarks for C&B matters in order to maintain and enhance competitiveness
  • Manage the performance reviewing processes
  • Prepare bonus and salary increment proposal

Skills & Experiences Required:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of HR related experience required
  • Candidates from Technology company is a plus
  • Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
