- Build a strong employer branding to attract, retain, develop talents and create a strong performance-based operations
- Create a sustainable business model, ecosystem to drive a circular economy and create a bigger social impact to the community
- Implement the D&I strategy within the company through different approaches, ensure its policies, procedure and programmes are in place across all Projects of Hong Kong to create an inclusive working environment
- Design company policies that reinforce diversity in the workplace, address all kinds of harassment and protect minority groups, educate hiring managers and HR team on how to select, manage, evaluate and retain diverse employees
- Drive employee engagement surveys, recognition programme such as existing recognition programmes and annual awards programmes
- Develop innovative ways to actively engage employees and connect them to the business, leaders and colleagues
- Keep up to date of the market trend for employee wellbeing and benefits e.g.employee wellbeing research, flexible working hours, people policies, employee communications, employee group medical benefits, employee education benefits, employee awards and others
- Support in any ad hoc projects as required

skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of HR experience in driving HR projects related company culture, wellbeing, employer branding, diversity & inclusion
- Strong market insight in HR and employee work trends
- Proactive, approachable, able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, excellent written and communication skills
