About the Company:

Our client is one of the world's largest Fintech business.

They are expanding their business to Hong Kong. They are looking for a high calibre HR professional to take charge of the C&B function in Hong Kong Office.

About the job:

  • Set up HR Infrastructure for business and streamline HR structure, in terms of compensation & benefits, salary benchmarking, revising employment contract and employee handbook, etc.
  • Ensure quality delivery of daily C&B activities including payroll processing benefit administration, provident fund administration, leave management, taxation, annual salary review and annual insurance review
  • Handle HR related correspodences and complie various reports & analysis for management's review and audit purpose
  • Initiate and support both strategic rewards management and administration activities
  • Participate in ad hoc HR Project and initiatives
Skills & Experiences Preferred:
  • Minimum 6 years of HR Generalist/ C&B experience
  • Fluent Mandarin is a must
  • Candidate from FMCG/ technology company is preferred
