About the Company:

Our client is a Reputable Global Conglomerate with strong presence across 150 countries and a global leader in their field. The role will be reporting to the Global Group Level Head of Benefit.

It is definitely a great step up opportunity for individual to take up the leadership responsibility and work under the Group Level HR Team for a Global Conglomerate.

Job Description:

  • Develop and update quantitative models to assess benefit practices, competitive positions and benefit utilisation
  • Design and build metrics, reports and tools to inform benefit program decisions and forecast
  • Participate in the development and completion of EB processes and initiatives such as benefit survey and ad hoc analysis
  • Monitor and stay up to date with legislative changes
  • Manage the annual insurance renewals for employee benefits programs across APAC region
  • Manage the Group’s international talent mobility processes
  • Manage the relationship with external agency
  • Participate in ad hoc HR Projects
Skills & Experiences Required:
  • Over 5 years' relevant C&B experience from sizable organizations
  • Degree in HRM or related disciplines
  • Fluent Cantonese & Mandarin, good English
  • Presentable, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
