Our client who is a young international e-payment solution provider, is urgently looking for an experienced HR generalist to oversee the APAC region to devise, drive and support the growth of the organisation.
about the job.
  • Develop and drive HR strategies and procedures across the organisation
  • Assess team and employee development needs and implement solutions accordingly
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues with strong customer orientation
  • Work with management team to provide business support through HR metrics and KPI's
  • Evaluate and advise on remuneration structures and manage review processes
  • Devise retention strategies and suggest enhancements to benefit structure
  • Facilitate on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
skills & experiences required.
  • Minimum 8 years work experience in HR with multicultural teams with a proven track record in regional recruitment
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Proven track record in effectively managing interpersonal relationships with all levels of the company
  • Strong communicator with high level of cultural sensitivity and tact
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations across APAC
  • High attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
