- Account servicing for around 100 headcount from junior to senior level management within different departments
- Drive strategic guidance and partnership to business leaders, ensure a smooth delivery of the respective business and functional plan in Hong Kong
- Develop organisational capabilities and behaviors to build a workforce that is future-ready
- Effectively partner with, challenge and influence business leaders to deliver the right outcomes on people-related decisions, focusing on key agenda items such as Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing
- Bring in culture change and deliver regional/local change initiatives in respective business and function
- Collaborate with Group HRBPs to deliver an adaptable operating model focused on improving productivity in respective Business/Function
- Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and operations, give feedback and escalate issues where appropriate to relevant COEs to enhance client experience and improve productivity within HR
- Develop and deploy an effective talent strategy to ensure high-quality succession pipelines exist for critical roles within the business
- Play an active role in key talent decisions, including senior hiring, collaborate Group HR team to facilitate internal movement of key talent
- Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives
- Provide oversight of complex employee relations issues involving senior staff, significant litigation, and high profile or broad business issues
- Support in any HR projects as assigned by senior management
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of HRBP work experience in driving various HR initiatives and projects, experience in consumer products, FMCG, retail would be a plus
- Strong commercial and business acumen, working closely with senior management/stakeholders
- Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong
- Proactive, resilient, fast learner and able to working independently in a fast paced and diverse business environment
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge in HR system
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
