    My client is a technology platform providing different services to their clients such as hardware, online payment, eCommerce and others, with offices in HK and China with under 40 headcount. They are currently looking for a HR Manager to join their team.

    Report to the Managing Director, individual contributor role.


    about the job.

    • Account servicing for internal employees and providing HR advice and solutions
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process, payroll processing, budgeting and manpower planning, benefit administration, staff engagement activities and handle staff related issues
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy; such as performance appraisal system, salary review and annual exercises, streamline HR policies, talent management and development
    • Support in any ad hoc projects as required

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
    • Minimum 8 years of HR generalist background, preferably experience setting up HR process and procedures
    • SME or Start up experience will be a plus
    • High flexibility, fast paced, independent and people oriented personality
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
