Our client is a well-established management consultancy firm with worldwide presence. This role is a new head-count which will focus on working closely with the Greater China HR team in developing and implementing HR processes, initiatives and programs in Hong Kong.

  • Design and deliver HK talent strategy and priorities that are aligned to the Greater China and Hong Kong business
  • Execute change management [rpgra,s , partnering with local business leadership
  • Ensure appropriate talent is identified, developed promoted and retained to enable the business to deliver on Hong Kong and Greater China strategies
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs, promote a people-centric culture
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies and practices
skills & experiences required.
  • University degree or above
  • 10+ years' relevant in-house HR experience or HR consulting experience
  • Track record working in complex matrix organisations with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build, sustain and influence relationships at all levels
  • Strong ability to drive situations by aligning different stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Ability to build and lead high performance teams
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to HR issues
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
