- Conduct employee onboarding and help organise training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
- Maintain employee files and records in database
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
skills & experiences required.- Bachelors degree in human resources or related with at least 1-2 years experience in HR operation
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Excellent record-keeping skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS office
