about the job.- Handle end to end recruitment processes including on-boarding, drafting employment contracts, benefits administration and visa application
- Liaise with internal and external parties on payroll, relocation and HR related matters
- Provide daily HR operation support to the team
- Maintain internal HR systems and implement new company policies
- Work on ad hoc projects
skills & experiences required.- Bachelor degree with at least 4-5 years experience in HR operation
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced financial services environment
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task multiple responsibilities
