about the job.- Responsible for end to end recruitment life-cycle
- Assist to develop the talent management process and support the implementation of talent development plan
- Support the upcoming HR project and act as the key contact point
- Advise on pay, promotion or other people movement based on policies
- Prepare the documentation and manage database to ensure accuracy
skills & experiences required.- Bachelor degree with at least 3-4 years HR experience
- Experience in working independently with senior skateholders
- Excellent communication in both verbal and written English and Chinese
- Good understanding of HR policies and other related regulations
- Problem solver with can-do attitude
