About the Company:

Our client is a well-known MNC, the leader in its industry, with strong presence over the globe.

With the growth of the business, they are looking for a seasoned HR professional to take up their role as Human Resources Director to look after APAC.

Job Description:

This role you will be looking after the Organisational design and Talent management matters, as the company is currently expanding their business over APAC, you will have to work closely with Top Management to provide professional HR advisory service to ensure the expansion runs smoothly. The desired candidate should equipped with solid regional experience and has strong business acumen.

  • Roll out different HR strategies and plans, including but not limited to Organisation effectiveness, rewards, talent strategy etc.
  • Set up the upcoming talent management plans, from succession planning to manpower planning
  • Work closely with Headquarter and other stakeholders to set up the HR strategies, localised the strategy into responsible countries for smooth implementation
  • Implement the changes and to monitor the effectiveness of the outcome
  • Strive for continuous improvement for the business and promote it as a value to employees

Skills & Experiences required:

  • University degree in Business Management related subjects
  • Minimum of 12 years of regional HR experience in a MNC and at least 5 years of OD & TM experience
  • Good level / near native of both speaking and writing Chinese and English
  • Excellent problem solving, communication and time management skills are essential
  • Candidates with shorter notice period are preferable
