About the Company:

Our client is a well-known MNC with strong presence over the globe.

With the growth of the business, they are looking for a seasoned HR professional to take up their role as HR Director to look after Hong Kong regional office and work closely with Headquarter.

Job Description:

HR Strategies & Change Management (40%)

  • Roll out different HR strategies and plans, including but not limited to Organisation design, Talent Development, Employer Branding etc.
  • Work closely with Headquarter and other stakeholders to set up the HR strategies, localised the strategy into responsible countries for smooth implementation
  • Implement the changes and to monitor the effectiveness of the outcome
  • Strive for continuous improvement for the business and promote it as a value to employees

Business Partnering (50%)

  • Communicate with top management for their hiring needs, upcoming manpower plans and ensure the local HR provide the support that is needed
  • Provide honest and professional advice/ solutions to top management and staff
  • Maintain a good relationship with both internal and external stakeholders

HR Operations (10%)

  • Oversees the local HR team to ensure the practice is aligned with the desired service level
  • Design and review the talent sourcing methods to ensure the efficiency of HR services

Skills & Experiences required:

  • University degree in Business Management related subjects
  • Minimum of 13 years of HR experience in a MNC (preferably experienced in OD/TM) and at least 6 years of management experience is a MUST
  • Good level of both speaking and writing Chinese and English
  • Excellent project management, communication and supervisory skills are essential, prefer someone who is flexible and open mind
  • Candidates with shorter notice period are preferable
