My client is a rapidly expanding Fintech company, business including payment solutions, alternative investment & software services. For their fast growing business across APAC region, they are now looking for a HR director directly report to the CEO to support their business.
As the HR Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing their human resources strategies and initiatives to support their business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Lead and supervise the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of HR services and programs.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent requirements and develop effective strategies for recruitment and retention.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Establish and execute performance management processes and programs to foster continuous improvement and facilitate employee development.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry trends while staying updated with best practices.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through targeted initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Director or Senior HR Manager in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably within the fintech, software, banking, or finance industry.
- Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Display exceptional leadership and people management abilities, with a talent for motivating and developing a high-performing HR team.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of relationships across all organizational levels.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, coupled with a strategic mindset.
- Demonstrate the capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
