About the Company:

Our client is a one of the most well known Nonprofit Organization in Hong Kong.

With the existing director would be retired in Dec 2019, an exciting and excellent opportunity has arisen. They are looking for a seasoned HR professional to look after their HR department in Hong Kong covering 2500 full time headcounts with over 40 business units.

About the job:

  • Lead full spectrum of HR function including recruitment, compensation & benefit, employee services, training, and internal staff communications, etc
  • Provide strategic HR advice on organization development, talent management, executive compensation, legal practice, labor relations and etc
  • Plan & lead the new business & department launching process and build an effective communication among multiple parties
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs, promote a people-centric culture
  • Drive ad hoc HR project & initiatives
Skills & Experiences Required:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of HR related experience required
  • Candidates from public utilise sector or with multiple industries experience are preferred
