    Our client is an international law firm with business across the APAC region. They are looking for a seasoned HR professional to join their team for Lateral & Graduate Recruitment focus. about the team.This role reports to the HR manager and works closely with related parties in APAC. about the job.

    Attorney Lateral Recruitment

    • Act as the main contact point for head hunters. Arrange for them to be registered at the recruitment portal and have K&E standard terms and conditions signed.
    • Conduct duplicate checks on CVs received. Make sure all CVs are properly logged in the recruitment portal. Forward CVs to the practice groups for their review. Take instructions to set up interviews or send a rejection reply to headhunters as appropriate.
    • Maintain a database of applicants and status in accordance with Data Protection rules and firm policy; track (and filter) CVs; and destroy at appropriate time.
    • Prepare offer letters.
    • Coordinate new hire on-boarding processes.
    • Assist with the relocation of attorneys, including arranging temporary accommodation and shipment of personal effects.
    • Arrange induction program of new joiners as well as the preparation of induction packs.
    • Prepare various recruitment reports.
    • Assist with the coordination of the associate performance review processes.
    • Manage expense claims and process payments.

    Graduate Recruitment

    • Responsible for liaising with attorneys, arranging interviews, greeting candidates and collating interview feedback for all graduate hires.
    • Update candidate database in accordance with Data Protection rules and firm policy, destroying applications at appropriate time.
    • Follow up with candidates on the status of applications and respond to queries
    • Coordinate new hire on-boarding processes.
    • Assist in the organization of recruitment talks/office visits for the Hong Kong office.
    • Assist the Recruitment team in sourcing giveaways for law fairs or recruitment talks.

    Training and Development

    • Provide support to all attorney related events (social / training / community service related).
    • Support pro bono and CSR projects as well as diversity and inclusion efforts.
    • Organize regular internal training, liaise with the HK Law Society/internal teams to obtain
    • CPD/CLE accreditations. Maintain CPD/records for all attorneys in the Asia offices.
    • Ensure attorneys are CPD complaint by issuing a monthly update to all attorneys regarding their CPD compliance status and chasing when needed; Liaising with colleagues in the U.S.re CLE enquiries as needed.
    • Book external training courses.
    • Handle administration of online compliance courses and security awareness training
    skills & experiences required.
    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources;
    • 5 yrs+ relevant experience in law firms, accountancy firms or professional firms;
    • Excellent English and Chinese language skills;
    • Team player, mature and independent.
