Our client, a well-known Financial service group, is looking for a seasoned HRBP to join their HR team. about the team. This role reports to the Regional Head of HR with a lean HRBP team to work closely together.

about the job.

  • End to end management and execution of the recruitment, joiner, and transfer process and on-off boarding process
  • Correspondence and Documentation, performance, talent management, Employee Relations

  • Prepare ad hoc reporting such as headcount, salary summaries, total compensation, turnover etc. using SAP and Excel, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
  • Assist as required with global HR initiatives and processes, including but not limited to performance appraisal, market survey, salary review, bonus allocation, campus recruitment, internship program, etc.
  • Ad-hoc involvement in local or global initiatives - examples include entity changes, acquisitions and/or integrations, corporate structures, new revenue lines etc.

  • University degree in Human Resources or other related discipline. Preferably from financial
    services sector
  • Minimum 8+ years relevant experience in HRBP/ HR Generalist/ HR Shared Services is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills especially in Excel
  • Strong driver with passion
  • Excellent analytical, strong negotiation, planning and project management skills
  • Must have excellent command of English - written and verbal, as well as Mandarin
  • SAP systems skills an advantage
