My client is a well known Financial Advisory conpany with a growing business. With the expansion plan of the firm, they are looking for a HRBP to join their HR team. about the job.
  • This role directly reports to the Head of HR and provide HR consulting in line with business strategies and objectives
  • Work closely with line managers to improve people management skills in their respective departments
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation with line management
  • Build good relationships with key stakeholders and line managers, handle all people issues
  • Handle end to end recruitment activities and develop an efficient talent acquisition strategy
  • Deliver new hire orientation and facilitate onboarding activities
  • Identify gaps to support business objectives, raise and participate in strategies implementation
  • Lead and handle HR projects as assigned in improving company’s capability
  • Ensure company’s HR policies and practices are aligned with local legislations
skills & experiences required
  • Bachelor Degree Holder in HRM or related discipline
  • At least 8 years of experiences gained from insurance or financial services sector
  • Wide range and diverse knowledge on human resources management and compensation design
  • Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Able to communicate well in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Excellent analytical, strong negotiation, planning and project management skills
  • A confident individual who is able to influence stakeholders with sound HR advices and yet a great team player
