Our client is a well established FS with a strong regional presence. They are currently going through an expansion to grow the business and are currently looking for a HR Manager, HR Business Partner to join their growing and dynamic team.
about the job.
  • Assist the department lead in all talent initiatives and building a strong talent pipeline
  • Act as HR Business Partner in providing HR advisory support to line managers including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management and succession planning to support the business's initiatives
  • Assist in managing all aspects of the employee life-cycle for the operation
  • Manage the annual compensation process including salary review and budgeting to facilitate recruitment and retention program
  • Provide HR services based on corporate policies and procedures
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives
skills & experiences required.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years in HR experience, preferably from banking or FS
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other statutory regulations related to employment
  • Strong track record of delivering results, commercially savvy with proven HR BP experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Multi-tasking skills and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
