Act as a regional HR business partner to perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions but not limited to recruitment and selection, staff movement, employee relation, training;
Develop/review, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with the Employment Ordinance and regulatory requirements;
Conduct the annual performance review and work closely with various department heads;
Handle the enquiries raised by internal and external parties, i.e. Immigration Department, HKMA, auditors etc.;
Prepare annual budgeting;
Other ad-hoc projects.

Degree holder with 5+ years of hands-on experience in HR profession
Familiar with HKMA Supervisory Policy Manual
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good computer skills and proficiency in MS office especially Excel
Strong people management and negotiation skills
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
A good team player and able to meet challenges
Can work under pressure and tight deadline
