about the company.
We are working quite closely with a reputable Insurance client who is going through a rapid expansion this year. They are looking for a well-experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing team to drive their strategic initiatives here in Hong Kong and within the region.

about the job.
  • Main responsibilities will include but not limited to recruitment and manpower planning of the assigned portfolio to and ensure timeliness and cost effectiveness in the process
  • Provide professional HR advisory support to line managers on employee relation issues and counsel employees in relation to conditions of employment
  • Build and maintain rapport with line managers, senior stakeholders and other counterparts to maintain market awareness on staffing activities
  • Work closely with line managers in monitoring the performance management process and identify key performers for succession planning
  • Ensure HR practices are in compliance with Hong Kong statutory requirements and Hong Kong Labour laws

skills & experiences required.
  • Must have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years' HR experience in relationship management from sizeable organisations, preferably Insurance
  • Experience in implementing new policies and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills
  • Good communication skills with proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is necessary
