Our client is one of the Global well known largest brokers of art, jewelry, real estate, and collectibles. Company with well-established business across the Globe with 40 countries worldwide and more than 1500 employees.

Currently the company has over 220+ employees across APAC covering Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, China and etc with Hong Kong being the regional office.

They have a very well established HR team. They are looking for a HR Business Partner, APAC to look after APAC HR issue reporting directly to Head of HR.

Job Description:
  • Act as HR Business Partner to provide HR Advisory Function to business leader and Operation Managers including but not limited to Recruitment, Policy & procedure, Employee Relations and Performance Management
  • Provide an effective and efficient end-to-end recruitment service
  • Provide first line best practice advice, supporting managers and employees on all HR issues/policies
  • Support and communicate policies and procedures in line with current and upcoming employment legislation and business requirements as necessary
  • Support the HR Manager and Head of Department in providing direction and support to Heads of Department and employees throughout the annual goal setting and performance review process to ensure quality and compliance
  • Participate in ad hoc HR Project and initiatives
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Management
  • Excellent command of English
