HR Administration Support:
- Assist in the administration of external training applications and internal training programs, including logistics coordination and general support.
- Support the setup and maintenance of monthly eLearning training for new join staff, while keeping attendance records updated.
- Provide assistance in managing the daily administration of staff medical insurance plans.
- Follow up on outstanding documents from new join staff, sending email notifications and providing related guidelines.
- Contribute to the recruitment process by receiving applications, arranging interviews, and performing related administrative tasks.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned by the Head of HR & Admin or supervisors.
Record Management:
- Maintain accurate records in the CAL eLeave system, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Monitor sick leave status and ensure proper leave records are inputted into the system by staff.
- Update HR manpower records and training records accurately and in a timely manner.
Knowledge of Employment Related Ordinance:
- Ensure daily HR operations adhere to the requirements of the HK Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in HRM or a related business discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an administrative role.
- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.
- Pleasant demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Mandarin languages.
