Job Description

  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending HR policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Work closely with line managers and department heads to identify the recruitment needs
  • Manage the recruitment process
  • Maintain database and ensure all records are up-to-date
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with both internal and external parties
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Assist in any ad-hoc task as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of HR or related disciplines
  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong leadership skills
  • People oriented, fast paced and results driven
