About the company

Our client is a well -developed and successful Financial Investment company, and they’re looking to hire a responsible and energtic HR and Admin Officer to support office admin and HR duties.

About the role

HR duties:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR functions to support the company
  • Responsible for maintaining employment documents, such as employee contracts, records and personal details
  • Manage employee relationship and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee's probation appraisal process and employment contract renewal
  • Analyse employee's data and submit performance reports
  • Other HR ad-hoc duties, including MPF enrolment, payroll, supplementary insurance issues, etc.

Admin duties:

  • Provision of full spectrum of professional office administrative support to the company and staff
  • Manage general office administration functions, including facilities management & maintenance and office renovation
  • General administration task to support the team and office
  • Responsible for procurement, office events and Travel arrangements for staff
  • Additional Ad-hoc tasks


Skills and Requirements:

  • min 4 years relevant working experience in HR sectors
  • Comprehensive understanding of Hong Kong Employment Law and local regulation
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint) and HRIS
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proven ability to work effectively, flexible, independently and to show initiative
