About our client:

Our Client is an SME Building Infrastructure Company. With the expansion in Hong Kong, they have created a new headcount for an HR and Admin Position role to take care the HR issue in Hong Kong, salary ranging from 25-35k x 13 months + Bonus.

Description:

  • Handle daily HR work including but not limited to HR administration; talent acquisition process; performance management; training and development; attendance and contract management;
  • Conduct monthly payroll checking, MPF administration, tax filing, medical insurance, attendance and leave management, etc.
  • Maintain employee database and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Provide support for different employee events
  • Ad hoc projects assigned

Requirement:

  • Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Well verse with Hong Kong Labor Ordinance
  • Candidates with start up experience or experience on IPO is a plus
