About our client:

Our Client is a worldwide accredited third-party conformity assessment body providing professional and impartial testing, quality assurance and inspection services, accredited under the Hong Kong Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (HOKLAS) and possessed of worldwide network including Shanghai, Shenzhen, Vietnam, USA, etc.

Responsibility:
  • Serve as a corporate role to monitor the HR and Administration functions in Hong Kong, China (SZ and SH) and Vietnam, managing 10+ team members.
  • Report to the General Manager, provide strategic advice on manpower planning, staff motivation and retention, C&B, employee relations and corporate culture re-organization that suits the business direction.
  • Enhance work efficiency and corporate culture through workflow simplification, HR best practices and procedure review.
  • Day-to-day operation management of HR activities in full function.
  • Being a business partner to co-work with top management and division managers for HR issues and recommendations.
  • Regular travel to Shenzhen for corporate alignment, training and HR audit.
  • Oversee all office renovation projects, daily office maintenance and procurement.
Requirement:
  • Degree holder in HRM, Psychology or any other related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years or above in HR and Administration experience,in which 3 years in managerial capacity in sizable organization.
  • Familiar with HK and PRC labour law and legal requirements.
  • Proactive, creative-minded, hands-on and result-driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Regular travel to Shenzhen office is required.
